The story in short
The aging king takes a twenty-two-year-old bride, who is exactly as old as his son. That same evening she skips the royal bedchamber and goes to the prince's room instead. As he loosens her gown, he spots a brand on her shoulder that belongs to the enemy and realizes he is in bed with a spy.
Court intrigue meets forbidden attraction: a stepmother of the same age, a kingdom at odds with a rival and a son who now holds a dangerous secret about his father's wife.

How explicit it gets
My Father’s New Queen is on the open shelf: guests see its card and can play episode 1 without signing in. Candy keeps a separate spicy shelf, blurred for guests, for the titles it treats as more adult; this series is not on it. Candy is an adults-only service either way.
